Hello! I'm Sumit — a product leader who has spent 20+ years building digital experiences at the intersection of strategy, technology, and customer obsession. My journey has taken me from leading product teams at PayPal to exploring how AI can fundamentally change the way products are built and shipped.
My product philosophy centers on balance — between customer needs and business goals, short-term wins and long-term vision, and building fast vs. building right. I believe the best product decisions come from deeply understanding both the human and technical dimensions of a problem.
Today, I'm combining my product instincts with AI tools to build, ship, and learn in public. Each project lives at its own subdomain under sumit-sharma.xyz, so anyone can explore them as standalone experiences.

A fun, AI-powered dog IQ quiz app that puts your pup through 20 carefully crafted questions across 5 categories — Cognition, Problem Solving, Communication, Social Skills, and Memory. Dogs receive an IQ score from 42–187, mapped to 6 hilarious classifications from "Lovable Goofball" to "Secret Genius" — plus a shareable certificate. Built in a weekend using Lovable.- Lovable
